Graph Publisher

NOTE:  Version 3.01 is a Beta software release.  Future development of Version 3 has been put on hold to accelerate the release of Version 4.

The current goals for Version 4 are to:

  • Unify the visual interface
  • Implement more intuitive shortcuts
  • Remove a few bugs

Please contact me if you have a feature request or have discovered a bug.

Graph Publisher is a project I started to expedite the creation of worksheets and tests.  Many function families have unique features, such as asymptotes or holes, that take time to include using other tools.

Graph Publisher will graph functions with restricted domains and shade inequalities using a variety of styles and colors.

You can changes the appearance of axis marks and labels or choose from a variety of "quick select" formats.

The grapher will show discontinuities and asymptotes for many function families.  It is not intended to be a graphing calculator, though the most recent version relies on a fairly efficient drawing engine.  You can zoom and translate the graph using the buttons or the mouse.  Copy-and-paste the graph to another application by holding CTRL+C on the keyboard.

Graph Publisher also creates a customizable table of values.  Just like the graph, you can hold CTRL+C on the keyboard to copy the table to another application.  The table will show common fractions and values involving the symbol PI.

Though it is not comprehensive or completely up-to-date, there is a help tab to get you started.
